CUSTOM MADE FLASHINGS
Steelformers can provide a range of flashings, custom made to your requirements.
Flashings can be manufactured from:
*0.55mm BMT Zincalume®
*0.55MM BMT Galvsteel®
*0.55mm BMT Colorsteel Maxam®
*0.9mm BMT Mill Finish Aluminium
*0.9mm Arctic White Aluminium (max 1200 x 2400mm)
The girth of the flashing will be limited in one direction to 1200mm maximum (coil width). Where one dimension is 1200mm or less, the maximum length is 8m. As the flashings are created by mechanical folding there are limitations relating to the angle of the folds and the distance between that needs to be considered.
SPECIALTY FLASHINGS
Our in-house service provides a wide range of specialised flashing products that can be customised to your requirements. With years of experience, our skilled craftsman ensures the highest quality workmanship to offer the most cost effective solutions for your project. Available products include:
Specialised custom curved flashings including parapet caps, barges and ridging
Rainwater heads (more information about our rainwater heads can be found under our rainwater section)
Seam lock flashings
Chimney cap flashings

ORDERING METHODS
Our preferred ordering method is in-person in one of our four branches, Flashings can be drawn and ordered via fax or email. Phone ordering is available, however Steelformers takes no responsibility for flashing orders placed over the phone.
